Transpac 2007

  So this is the first year with ‘ponders, and it looks like they took the aluminum pan off of the FIS only once a day on Rancho.  No insult intended.  wink.  But with less than full data, They kinda to me eye look pretty neck and neck-y so far in this condition. So it is hard to tell where they are in relation to TOWER.  Some other boats looked to have dropped back to my other glass eye.  Tower seems to be having the same boat speed as the other in fact every one has about the same boat speed 9.1792 that seems pretty strange could this be a glitch in the report or the data? Actually I do believe that it is something perhaps averaging,  I do not remember clearly talking to the FLAGSHIP? or some transponder UK mate when he was at LAYC but I do remember some discussions with speed reporting and averaging **that mate could party!  I hope TOWERS “deep” driver pool is going to help them in the long run after nerves wear and drivers see big seas.  They should be getting into a better boat rhythm by tomorrow or the next day.  Please, NO WORRIES Many times I do not receive messages in the first few days, after that they arrive more regularly sometimes in the middle of the night it is the only time Justin has before role call.

I wonder where Urge is going.. 

I wonder at the picture of BOLT on transpacificyc.org and I think JUSTIN is on board for that picture as it was FIREBIRD in Hawaii.

I wonder if they have the Chewie Kite up..

I wonder why there are so many boats in Division 5 that have names that start with the letter T.. sorry about that one, that is my-bad “curiouser and curiouser” data analysis overload.
